When sending in equipment, please itemize on letterhead or a purchase order the equipment being sent in (quantity, serial number, frequency etc….) along with any instructions for estimates, calls with costs, or additional spare parts. Please include any known symptoms or concerns. Most important is a good daytime telephone number and contact name. When ordering parts please process a purchase order if you have an account or call our office to set up an account or pay via an alternative method.
